Intermediates

Intermediate-type drugs include substances that specifically interact with certain systems of mediators / modulators. Basically, they are agonists or antagonists of the corresponding receptors. The action of some of them is mediated through endogenous ligands by altering their metabolism, release, capture and deposition.
Among the intermediates, drugs are distinguished with a predominant effect on dopaminergic, serotonergic, adenosinergic and other systems.
